Return & Refund Policy

At Charming Closet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging where possible.
To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@charmingcloset.com.au with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We do not currently offer refunds on sale items or gift cards, unless they are faulty. Exchanges are not processed automatically — if you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
